IMPLEMENTATION AND CONSULTING
We provide comprehensive implementation and consulting services for Businesses and Certification Bodies in the field of sustainability and quality management systems.
Our services include support in streamlining processes, preparing documentation and internal procedures, and adapting the Client’s operations to specific requirements.
We offer an end-to-end service: from consulting, through system implementation, training, and communication with relevant bodies and authorities.
After a successful completion of the process, we remain available to provide ad hoc support to our Clients.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATION
We offer professional support in the certification of Voluntary Schemes such as KZR INiG, REDcert EU, and SURE EU – based on Sustainability Criteria, the requirements of the RED III Directive, as well as other national and international legal regulations.
As part of the certification preparation process, we define the Client’s scope of activities and responsibilities, and develop the necessary documentation, including: a quality manual, internal procedures, mass balances, and greenhouse gas emission calculations.
We provide guidance in selecting the certification body and assist the Client in completing all documents required for the certification process.
We support the Client during the audit and, following successful certification, assist with the first transactions and reporting to ensure full compliance with the rules of the chosen Voluntary Scheme.
ACCREDITATION
For Certification Bodies that wish to obtain, are in the process of obtaining, or already hold accreditation under Voluntary Schemes and national accreditation bodies – we provide services to prepare the organization for accreditation audits, surveillance, or reaccreditation.
Our cooperation may include the preparation of necessary documentation, process organization, conducting internal audits, assistance with management reviews, reporting, document reviews, and handling of non-conformities (including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action planning, implementation, and closure of findings), as well as collaboration with Impartiality Committees.
We support our Clients during the audit process, and after successful accreditation, we remain available to provide ongoing assistance when needed.
INTERNAL AUDITS
We offer comprehensive support in internal audits both for Entrepreneurs and Certification Bodies in the field of sustainability and quality management systems.
An internal audit allows for an assessment of the functioning of a given management system, verification of the implementation of all necessary requirements, and review of documentation in terms of content, providing a complete picture of the Client’s readiness for activity in a given scope.
We assist in identifying potential threats and gaps, support Clients in risk management, and help improve the effectiveness of their systems. Moreover, the audit contributes to continuous process improvement and verification of compliance with current regulations and standards.
After the internal audit is completed, the Client receives a full report with conclusions and post-audit recommendations, including any identified non-conformities and proposed corrective actions.
TRAININGS
We conduct trainings, webinars, workshops, and educational projects in the field of sustainable development, the RED III Directive, Voluntary Scheme requirements, and more.
Our trainings are delivered by professionals with many years of experience, whose qualifications are supported by numerous courses and hands-on expertise in sustainability, quality, certification, and accreditation within various Certification Bodies.
Trainings are conducted either on-site at the Client’s location or remotely, depending on individual needs.
The scope, topics, and pricing of each training are determined individually.
Each training concludes with the delivery of training materials and a certificate of completion.
